This is a recent example of one of our drone roof inspections completed to assist the building manager to identify possible causes of leaks in the roof protective membrane. The drone inspection identified several possible contributors to the roof leak such as damaged aircon footings, poor pipes blocking drains and other damage that needs attention. This action saved money and time by avoiding difficult access to the roof and allowing multiple contractors to see the damage and provide accurate .
